One of the most common questions I get when I teach my coupon classes is "So how much time do you spend planning a trip?" Tonight, I timed myself and from planning, printing, clipping, driving, shopping, checking out, loading, driving and unloading, it took me an hour and a half, TOTAL. Now, I know this isn't a huge trip, but since I started couponing, most of my trips are small fill-in, stock-up trips. I generally don't need to make huge trips. I will also say (as I have said before) I get the majority of my produce from my local farmers market and local produce stand, it's way cheaper. (BTW, I know there is an abnormal amount of coffee creamer in this trip, but we go though it like water, don't judge us....)
Anyway, I got all of the above (full retail value $89.67) for $37.30! That's over 58%! I'm happy with that!
